Green Desktiny is a Web-based customer support / helpdesk software. It have main feature to manage relationship between customers and staffs through ticketing sytem. It also give staffs a Knowledgebase / FAQ management system, News, Multilingual and Custom Fields support. This software is written with PHP and fully template-based with Smarty to give staffs more flexible to customize the appearance.
